Processing

Processing is the period of time it takes your order to be fulfilled, labelled, and packaged to perfection. This is done to ensure you receive the finest quality hair and all complimentary goodies you’ve purchased from BeautyBOSS.

Shipping

Shipping refers to the estimated time of delivery from Headquarters to your location. All local shipping will take approximately 2-3 days, and any international shipping will be distributed between 6-10 days.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the product (hair extensions are unable to be resold after being handled or worn) we are unable to accept refunds or returns.

EXEMPTION: Returns are ONLY accepted if the customer has received the wrong item.

All cancellations must be done within 48 hours of purchase and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee deducted from the original purchase.

LOST/STOLEN Packages

BeautyBOSS Virgin Hair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, therefore, there will be no refunds nor replaced orders given.
